Express your interest in a 2026/27 harvest job

Expressions of interest are open to join us at our Western Australian, South Australian and Victorian sites next harvest, from approximately October 2026 to January 2027.

 

What we do

Our harvest workers join our 900 permanent and ongoing employees each harvest to play an important role in helping us receive and store local farmers grain, so we can deliver it to consumers around the world.

Our site roles

Weighbridge operator

Weighbridge operators weigh trucks on arrival and again before they leave to work out how much grain has been delivered, and record the weight into our computer system.

General grain handler

General grain handlers carry out a variety of tasks, but mainly operate site equipment and machinery in a team to safely and efficiently unload grain from trucks.

Classifier

Grain classifiers carry out various tests on grain to determine its grade and inputting the data into our system. This role involves lots of interaction with our customers.

Bunker operator

Bunker operators work around the bunkers that store grain on site. These roles include safely maintaining the bunkers and the grain inside them through team work.

 

Our locations

We have over 60 sites located across Western Australia, South Australia and western Victoria.

To ensure we provide an efficient and flexible service for our farmer customers and create more work opportunities for our employees, we operate our sites in groups. As part of the application process you will be asked to select the site groups you would like to work in.
